Intelligent ECG teaching software

1. ECG simulator   1) There are 12-lead electrode placement sites, the same sites with real patients to measure ECG.  It can be connected with ECG machine, multi-parameter ECG monitor for real Electrocardiography and analysis training.   2) The simulator is connected with electrocardiography and analysis training software. 52 real normal and abnormal ECG cases will be displayed on the multi-parameter cardiac monitor screen. And the ECG machine can print out all accurately for students to analyze comprehensively and practice electrocardiogram diagnosis training.

3) The manikin has flexible joints, head (anteversion, hypsokinesis, open and hold lower mandible); neck (pronation, supination, anteflexion, extension); trunk (pronation, supination, anteflexion, extension); extremities (pronation, supination, outspread and retraction, flexion and extension, inside rotation and outside rotation; hip joint adduction and abduction; wrist joints and ankle joint flexion and extension), thus operators can make a variety of posture.

4) Liflike head and neck, soft face material, realistic feeling; realistic buccal cavity (teeth, tongue and uvula), realistic airway (epiglottis, glottis, larynx, arytenoid cartilage, vocal cords and trachea) and esophagus, connected with simulated lungs and stomach in chest.

5) Oral trachea cannula and nasal trachea cannula, nasogastric tube cannula/ gastric lavage, oral and nasal feeding, sputum suction by mouth, nose and tracheostoma, oxygen inhaling skill and tracheotomy care.  6) Hair and face washing, hair combing, mouth cavity and artificial teeth care.

2. ECG teaching software

Three components:  electrocardiogram teaching software (basic knowledge of the clinical electrocardiogram; ECG measurements and normal data; atrial and ventricular hypertrophy; myocardial ischemia and ST-T changes; myocardial infarction and arrhythmia)  electrocardiography and analysis training software.  ECG assessment software (self-practice, random examination).

measuring scale and students can freely measure voltage (amplitude), time, the rate of ST segment elevation and depression, heart rhythm and rhythmicity of the entire ECG. After measuring, measurement data is reported automatically, so students can independently find the characteristics of this piece of ECG, and can compare it with the ECG characteristics in courseware. Practice measuring, analyzing and making correct diagnosis of ECG independently.

4) "ECG assessment software" prepares random assessment and exercise item bank. The questions amount and required time can be set, an appropriate mix of easy and difficult questions. The computer will judge the test automatically and displays the correct answer.

Students can make use of the item bank to do self-assessment and repeated training; teachers can make random examinations, so the teaching results are quite remarkable.
